Privacy notice

What we collect. The two forms on this site collect what you type into them: your name, email address, association, and project details, and on the review request, your answers to the two screening questions, which we keep with your request because they are part of our conflicts check.

How we use it. To reply to you, to send the checklist and sample report you asked for, and to follow up once about a project. We never sell your information, and we never share it with a contractor, vendor, supplier, or anyone else outside True Bid.

Who processes it. The form, email, document-storage, and AI tools we work in process it under their business terms. They are the only third parties that touch it. The two of us are the only people who read it.

Documents you send us for a review. Bids and other files you upload sit in a private folder restricted to your board's named emails, are used only for your review, and are kept as the record of the engagement afterward. We never publish anything about your association.

Your choices. Reply to any email from us to stop follow-ups or to have your details deleted.
